The vets here are the best! I brought my adopted kitten here because he had a case of ear mites and the vet was so friendly with him saying how he was a beautiful cat and he will fix the ear mite problem right away. He cleaned most of the ear mite colony right there to save us the trouble then gave us the medicine. Can't really express how nice these vets are but it you took your pet's here you would see what I am saying.
always very professional with a very relaxing manner that puts both my pet and myself at ease. staff is very pleasant to deal with. pricing is very reasonable and nothing is added to your bill for services, until you have discuss and approve all services with your vet. all the drs. are veryknowledgable and answer all your questions and treat my dog with care and kindness. i wouldn't take my pet anywhere but wyoming valley vet. hospital. also easy accessboth ramp and steps and parking is right in front .
The vets here are very compassionate and knowledgeable, but some days their staff are really busy and stressed. I have been going here for more than 15 years. It's a family run business. The newly renovated facility is clean and modern. They have helped me through many obstacles from typical checkups to illnesses to birth of puppies to terminal illnesses to death and burial. Most times when I call I am put on hold for 5-10 minutes. Sometimes they are busy and I have to wait to be seen, but I see the staff multi-tasking and know they are trying to give everyone equal treatment.

We had our dobie ears done here. It's an art and the ears turned out perfect! The doctors & staff are warm, caring and truly care about your pet. My husband is a veterinarian (we don't do ears) - we were very impressed with Dr. K.
Both vets are excellent at dealing with animals so they don't fight, thus reducing the opportunity for either human or animal becoming injured. This is the first time I've ever had a vet compliment me on my level of understanding. They realized this made their job easier.
