I'm extremely surprised not one employee helped me with my extremely heavy closet organizer! The boys at the register just watched me struggle to get it out of my cart to get the paint I needed to pay for. 250 worth of items and no customer service! Employees at the store are no help whatsoever. ..they have no clue where anything is located in store nor do they know what items they sell...hire better help and people who know the items being sold.
Terrible service....will not shop there again. Awful experience...lied to by "clerk" who "helped" me..and never followed up on his word. Only pleasant experience was when I went to refund desk and requested money I paid to be returned.
This place is well organized and I haven't had problems getting assistance when I needed it. Prices seem fair to me for things that I purchase with the exception of mulch and some stone. I guess you can't have it all! It's handicap accessible, easy in and out parking lot and they usually have more than one register open. They also have self check out but I'm not sure if they are used or on and ready for use.
Worst store ever!!!! Ryan is the worst assistant manager ever. He has no care for customers. Also the delivery manager Rob has no idea what is going on. Had a refrigerator delivered and they dropped it off the truck broke the tail light on the car. After 2 days they still didn't reach out to fix the problem therefore we had to drive 20 minutes to the store and deal with Ryan. Then after he tried to explain the store policy (that he had no clue on) on the computer screen it said if damage is less than $10,000 resolve at store level. So rather than just paying for the damage they caused and getting a great review about how they put the customer first they let their ego get in the way!!!! Home depot here we come....
